Can I modify or cancel my order?
To cancel or withdraw your order, go to account.mentastore.com or use the link in your order confirmation email. No
account needed, just enter your email address and you'll receive a 6-digit code to access your orders.
- Within 6 hours of purchase: free of charge
- After 6 hours: €15 cancellation fee, at this point your order enters our processing queue and costs have already
been incurred
- Refusing delivery at the door: €15 fee
Cancellation is only valid after confirmation from Mentastore.
Can I modify my order?
Sometimes. This depends on the status of your order. Send us your order number and what you'd like to change as soon as
possible via support@mentastore.com.
When is modification/cancellation usually no longer possible?
- With 24H delivery: processing starts almost immediately
- If the order is already being packed or shipped
Marketplace delivery (1–10 business days): changes may still be possible as long as the order has not yet been
processed.
When is the purchase agreement binding?
As soon as a shipping label has been created. Until that point, Mentastore may cancel an order in case of errors, failed
inspections, or payment issues.
