To cancel or withdraw your order, go to account.mentastore.com or use the link in your order confirmation email. No account needed, just enter your email address and you'll receive a 6-digit code to access your orders.
- Within 6 hours of purchase: free of charge
- After 6 hours: €15 cancellation fee, at this point your order enters our processing queue and costs have already been incurred
- Refusing delivery at the door: €15 fee
Cancellation is only valid after confirmation from Mentastore.
Can I modify my order?
Sometimes. This depends on the status of your order. Send us your order number and what you'd like to change as soon as possible via support@mentastore.com.
When is modification/cancellation usually no longer possible?
- With 24H delivery: processing starts almost immediately
- If the order is already being packed or shipped
Marketplace delivery (1–10 business days): changes may still be possible as long as the order has not yet been processed.
When is the purchase agreement binding?
As soon as a shipping label has been created. Until that point, Mentastore may cancel an order in case of errors, failed inspections, or payment issues.
